New prices often feel like “Whaaat?”

When we started as a newcomer to the market in 2019, we focused on the quality of the ink. And we think we have done a good job on that. Soon we learnt that the visual presentation of fountainpen ink is just as important.  We’ve listened to our customers and changed the design of our bottles. We think we have developed a beautiful bottle for our inks that meets the needs of the users and shines on your desk.
We do a lot of the work you see and get by ourselves. From label to package to colour, to pack, there are many steps to get a product ready for selling and delivery. And we love what we do and how we do it.

The change in bottle design led to a change in packaging design and a change in the supply chain. We have had to deal with a lot of costs in the recent past. From raw materials to transport costs to handling fees and so on. We have kept our prices for ink the same since 2019. A lot has changed since then. With launching our new designed ink bottles we had to make some price adjustments, which reflect the changed global conditions and take account of our own development.
We have set the new prices so that we can continue to supply our products in line with our brand alignement, quality and as a small business.
