The signatures are sewn on the outside which is a beautiful decoration of the book. This sewing method enables to open the pages completely flat.
The paper is 160 grm white light textured drawing paper, suitable for most dry media such as pencil, crayon etc. as well as ink- and fountainpenfriendly.
