Shanghai Stationary “Tao Hua”
Tao Hua means peach blossom.
In spring there is a day to celebrate the beauty of the peach blossom in China and a peach flower festival as well. The flowers are pretty, pink and plentiful and are the most popular flowers during Chinese New Year celebrations. One saying is: The more buds the bloom, the more love, prosperity and growth they will attract to their owners.
Peaches are native Chinese plants, recorded far back BC. They bloom early after winter and this represents therfore rebirth and new beginnings.
