Beschrijving
This artistbook is filled with drawingpaper from Claire Fontaine and has a wrap of grey cottonrag paper crafted in a Dutch papermill driven by wind at a historical site. It is called Zaansch Bord, has a wonderful touch and ages beautifully.
The signatures are handsewn with red linen thread and connected to the covers with small stitches. This binding method enables to open the pages completely flat, which is very convenient while drawing.
The paper is 110 gr white smooth acid free paper, suitable for all dry media such as pencil, crayon and especially but also wet medias as watercolours, gouache, acrylic paint and inks.
